Varun Dhawan starrer ‘Judwaa 2’ is all set to release this Friday and the flick is always being considered a big hit at the box-office. The movie is the remake of 1997 superhit film ‘Judwaa’ which featured Salman Khan in lead.
The advance booking window was opened across India on Sunday and the distributors are excited with the response ahead of the festive season.
Varun Dhawan has proved time and time again that he is the next big thing in Bollywood as he has not delivered even a single flop.
Kamal Giachandani – CEO of PVR Pictures said, “Varun is an extremely likable star and is the biggest youth icon of the country. The advance booking numbers only go to show this as there is huge demand from across all territories’’.
Rajendra Singh – Chief Programming Officer of INOX Cinemas, “The advance booking of Judwaa 2 has been very promising and is amongst one of the strongest responses that a film has received in recent years for a partial holiday period. We are expecting a very good weekend and hoping the movie will get in good footfalls across all INOX multiplexes’’.
The movie is also expected to do good business at the box-office because of the long-weekend. Devang Sampat – Director Strategic Initiatives, Cinepolis said, “The film is carrying tremendous buzz. We are looking forward to a blockbuster week with extended holiday on Monday’’.
‘Judwaa 2’ has created much buzz amongst the audience of all age groups.
Directed by David Dhawan, ‘Judwaa 2’ also feature Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles.
