New Delhi:

With Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra venturing into Hollywood, Bollywood has gradually expanding its dimensions to International cinema.

But interestingly, the B-town actors are not the only ones who are taking our industry Hollywood way.

In fact, there is a person who has taken Bollywood to Latin America.

We are talking about Prabhakar Sharan, who hails from  Motihari, Bihar and has been living in Costa Rica since 1997.

Sharan has become the first Indian to play a lead actor in a Latin American movie titled as 'Enredados: La Confusion' (‘Entangled: The Confusion’)

This movie is being directed by Ashish Mohan, who has helmed Akshay Kumar's 2012 release 'Khiladi 786'.

Interestingly, this movie is the first Latin American film made with the typical Bollywood masala of songs and dance.

Starring Prabhakar in the lead, 'Enredados: La Confusion' is an action-packed, humor filled drama, with Nancy Dobles, Mario Chacon and José Castro and wrestling Champion, Scott Steiner playing key roles.

While the movie is being made in Spanish, it will be dubbed in Hindi and English as well.

During his exlusive interview with News Nation, Prabhakar Sharan got candid about this Bollywood style Latin American movie.

Here are the excerpts from the interview:

1. Prabhakar Sharan said "'Enredados: La Confusion' is the first Costa Rican movie which has been done in Bollywood style and is being covered by Guinness Book of World Records for the same. The movie is a complete Bollywood masala and it took us two years to get the idea."

2. Talking about his journey from Bihar to Costa Rica, Sharan said, "I hail from a small village in Bihar. When I got an opportunity I came to Delhi and went on to learn wrestling in akhada. Later I got a chance to go to Costa Rica and it took me 17 years to reach where I am today. My hard work made me reach a place where I can stand and talk about my journey."

3. He further added, "People go aborad to work on big companies, but no one goes there with a dream to work in movies. But I always had an inclination towards Bollywood movies. When I was at my native place, I used watch the movies and imagine myself as a hero. I came to Delhi with the same dream. Though I did try my hand in B-town, but couldn't succeed".

4. Prabhar Sharan also spoke about the Bollywood connection of 'Enredados: La Confusion' saying, " We have renowned B-town singers like Amit Mishra from 'Dilwale' fame, who have lent their voice for the movie. Besides, Rakesh Sharma is the dance director for this Latin American movie, who has worked with several bigshots in Bollywood, along with Parvez Shaikh, who is the action director. Parvez have been a part of several superhit Bollywood movies including 'Sultan', 'Ek Tha Tiger' etc".

5.The actor also mentioned that 'Enredados: La Confusion' is releasing in Central Ameria on Febrauary 9 and it is expected to hit the screens in India in April this year.
