Hollywood star Vin Diesel, who is busy promoting his upcoming movie 'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage' with Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, has arrived in Mumbai for the promotions of the action thriller.
'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage' happens to be the third instalment of the popular 'xXx' franchise and it marks the big Hollywood debut of Deepika.
The duo was welcomed in a traditional Maharashtrian style with dhol and tilak at the airport.
Vin looked dapper in a blue T-shirt and denims, while Deepika wore a rugged look in her black attire and leather jacket.
He waved at fans and media before heading to the St Regis hotel in Lower Parel.
Producer Paramount Pictures shared the pictures of their grand welcome on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

The "Fast and Furious" star, along with Deepika and the film's director DJ Caruso, will be meeting the press at the same hotel.
They will later interact with the fans at Phoenix Mills and attend their film's Indian premiere there.
Popular electronic music artist DJ Nucleya has been roped in to make Deepika, Vin and the fans groove to his electrifying beats.
An after party is being planned which is expected to be attended by Bollywood celebrities.
According to sources, security has been beefed up for Vin's maiden visit to the megapolis which will last for two days.
Deepika and Vin have returned from the London promotions of their film.
Helmed by D.J Caruso, 'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage' also features Donnie Yen, Kris Wu, Ruby Rose, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev, Toni Collette and Samuel L. Jackson.
The movie is scheduled to release on Friday.
