Aly Goni's exit from Star Plus' popular daily soap 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' has left his fans heartbroken, While the television actor announced the news on Instagram with an emotional post on Instagram and had thanked his co-star Karan Patel for the strong bond they shared during his journey on the show.

Indeed, his sudden exit has sparked speculations regarding the reason behind Aly leaving YHM. According to the media reports, Aly Goni chose to walk out as he was not happy with the way his character was being shaped up in the show which has Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel in the lead.

Aly was seen in the supporting role in 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' and played the role of Romi Bhalla. He was associated with the show for over four year before calling it quits.

On the other hand, the television actor will soon be seeing playing a lead role in Life OK's upcoming horror series which will be produced by Endemol.

“Endemol is all set to go on floors with a horror series for Life OK. Said to be a finite show, the producers have roped in Aly Goni as the male lead. Also Pia Bajpai, who is quite popular down South, is set to make her TV debut with the mentioned project. The makers have also roped in Pawan Karipalani, director of Ragini MMS to create the magic and intrigue," a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.

However, no official announcement has been made in this regard yet.
