New Delhi:

There were reports that Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 11 is preponed this year. While it's a good news for Bigg Boss fans, but it's a bad news for the dance show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa fans as the dance show will not go on air this year, reason being lack of appropriate slots.

A source revealed to Mumbai Mirror, “Bigg Boss will replace Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi that is currently on air, so there’s no slot for Jhalak this year.”

Shooting for Bigg Boss 11  promos has started while there is no such movement for Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. Even panel of judges have not been finalised and participants have also not been approached. Earlier there were rumours that Sridevi and Govinda would judge Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 10, but there are no announcements yet.

But as the dance reality show had got low ratings in the last season, iot might be that Colors is either planning to scrap the show or delay it until the end of the year. Well, however there is nothing confirmed.

In 2016, the show kick-started in the month of July and continued for seven months. It ended in January 2017. However this time the month of July is about to end and there are no reports on the commencement of shooting for the latest season.
