Kiku Sharda has rubbished the reports of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' going off air and said that Kapil's absence from the shoot is just because of his ill health. Apparently, there were reports that Sony TV is planning to pull off TKSS and hasn't even renewed Kapil's contract. In fact, it was also reported that the dance based reality show 'Super Dancer' will be replacing 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. Besides, Kapil cancelling the shoot with the teams of 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' and 'Mubarakan' respectively added fuel to the fire.
However, Kiku, who is seen playing the role of Bumper on the show, has cleared the air about TKSS going off air.
“Total rubbish, people are saying anything they feel like. Kapil’s absence due to his ill-health has fanned stupid speculations. I don’t want to comment and fans all this further. We have started shooting for the coming weekend," Kiku reportedly told Bollywood Life.
Interestingly, there have been reports that Kapil is having a hard time these days post the launch of Sony TV's new show 'The Drama Company' which is hosted by Sharma's arch rival Krushna Abhishek. Besides, 'The Kapil Sharma Show' has been struggling to get the required TRP numbers, which is said to have been taking a toll on Kapil's health.
