Roopal Tyagi who had earlier acted with Piyush Sahdev in the show 'Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke' says, it’s not good to judge someone without knowing the entire picture.
Piyush was arrested by the Mumbai police after a girl, who said to be a model, filed a case against him. The Versova police have kept him in custody until November 27, and post that his case will move towards the judicial proceedings.
Roopal Tyagi said, "I don’t exactly know what has happened. As far as I know Piyush, he was a professional co-star.. co-operative and easy to work with. Haven’t been in touch with him post my show. I just hope and pray Gossip mongers to not jump to conclusions without knowing the entire picture’’.
Recently, Kushal Tandon also spoke over the issue and said, “This is a matter of somebody’s life. His career, reputation, family… everything is at stake. I feel this matter needs to be investigated thoroughly. There are so many laws now made for the protection of women and rightly so, but they should not be misused. From what I hear, Piyush was living in with this woman for the last two months’’.
‘’This is not some random person he suddenly met. Nobody knows what transpired between the two. All I can say is that in any such case, we should wait for the police to investigate and the courts to decide, rather than jumping to conclusions about a person’s character’’, he further added.
