Kapil Sharma's woes doesn't seem to die down anytime soon. While the actor is said to be dealing with the wrath from fans for cancelling the shoot of his show twice, the reports of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' going off air is also surfacing the media.
While this was not all, Kapil's sister Pooja Devgan has made a revelation saying that the renowned comedian is suffering from 'depression'.
Apparently, Kapil Sharma was touted as highly unprofessional after he cancelled the shooting of TKSS twice with the teams of 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' and 'Mubarakan' respectively.
However, Pooja cleared the air saying that Kapil cancelled the shoot owing to health issues and that he isn't the kind of person who would make such excuses to escape work.
“These days, bhai (Kapil Sharma) is going through lot of health issues and it’s sad to hear that people are calling him unprofessional. He has always respected his work; he will never give an excuse to cancel his shoot,” Pooja reportedly told Dailybhaskar.com.
She also reportedly mentioned that Kapil might be suffering from depression, although he hasn't spoken about it to his family.
“He is taking lot of stress due to low TRP of his show. Stress is raising glucose level in his body and is also the cause of low blood pressure. He is frequently getting ill because he doesn’t eat proper. Also, doctors have advised him to take rest but he is not listening to them at all. Stress is taking a toll on his health, but the reports of him fainting on the set are completely false,” Pooja added.
Interestingly, there have been reports that considering the declining TRPs of the show. However, Kapil's co-star rubbished the reports and told Bollywood Life, “Total rubbish, people are saying anything they feel like. Kapil’s absence due to his ill-health has fanned stupid speculations. I don’t want to comment and fans all this further. We have started shooting for the coming weekend."
