Greater Noida:
The body of an one-year-old girl was found from the railway tracks in Dadri area and a man has been arrested in this matter, with police suspecting that she was also raped.
The accused, Vijay, a construction worker, had allegedly lured the girl on the pretext of giving her food and murdered her, DSP Rakesh Kumar said, adding it is suspected that she was also raped.
The police have arrested the accused who is also suspected to be mentaly disturbed and a medical examination of him will be conducted.
He has been charged under sections of rape, murder and POCSO Act.
