New Delhi:
High Commissioner of Pakistan to India, Abdul Basit, on Saturday suggested India to never give up and keep trying to improve relations with Pakistan. He said that things will get better.
"Engagement is the key. Dialogues are a necessity. What we need is to have a dialogue process in place to address perceptions and misconceptions," said Abdul Basit.
"We need to see how we can work out a solution which is in sync with aspirations of people of Jammu & Kashmir. Whatever the 2 countries decide, if it doesn't find resonance with the people of J&K it's useless," said Basit.
Basit has always stressed for Indo-Pak dialogues.
Earlier in June, the high commissioner said the issues between the two countries could only be resolved through talks.
