CBSE Political Science paper was leaked, says a whistleblower

A whistle-blower on Saturday, has claimed that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Political Science paper was leaked.

Days after the Economics and Maths paper leak shocked the nation, with wide protests held outside CBSE headquarters, this information has triggered emotional reaction regarding the issue even more.

"I am 100 percent sure that Political Science question paper was also leaked," ANI quoted the whistleblower.

He further claimed that he had contacted the person leaking the paper through Youtube and informed CBSE about the incident but no action was taken.

"I had managed to contact the person leaking the paper through YouTube. I alerted CBSE, Prime Minister and police on March 17, but no action was taken," the whistleblower said.

The whistleblower sent a fax message to the CBSE on March 23 and alleged that a coaching centre was involved in the leak, according to the police.

The concerned person again sent a courier on March 26 to the CBSE. All the answers of Class XII Economics question paper along with the numbers of four people accused of leaking it were written on the pages inside the courier.

Further on March 28, CBSE chairman received an email with an attachment of 12 pages with question and answers of class X written on it. The mail also requested CBSE to cancel the examinations. However, the board didn’t take any action.

On March 28, the CBSE chairperson received an email at 1:39 a.m. with an attachment of 12 pages in which questions and answers of class X were written. The mail also appealed to the CBSE to cancel the exams. However, the examination board did not cancel the exams.

The police, till now had the information that the CBSE question papers were leaked on 10 Whatsapp groups.
