Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Pranab Mukherjee arrived at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Wednesday for the ceremonial reception for Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The Abu Dhabi Crown paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat.
The Crown Prince also signed visitor book and received memento at Raj Ghat.
UAE Crown Prince will be the chief guest at this year's Republic Day parade. Al Nahyan, also the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE armed forces, arrived on Tuesday on a three-day visit to India.
Modi and Nahyan will hold the one-on-one meeting at the Prime Minister's official residence on Wednesday before proceeding to Hyderabad House for delegation-level talks.
