BSP supremo Mayawati on 83rd birth anniversary of party's founder Kanshi Ram addressed a press conference in Lucknow on Wednesday. After paying tribute to Kanshi Ram, she enlisted the works of Kanshi Ram for the empowerment of Dalits.
