New Delhi:

A Hyderabad man on Sunday nearly died while taking a selfie video with a speeding train in the background. The man, identified as Shiva, belonged to Warangal.

In the 19-seconds selfie video, Shiva is seen standing near the railway tracks while making a selfie video with a speeding train coming in the background. A voice from background is heard calling Shiva who is busy in taking the video.

The video ends with the train knocking Shiva down and everything going blur as background voices of people rushing near him are heard.

The incident occurred near the Bharat Nagar railway station on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The video came into light on Wednesday and within minutes, flocked up the social media with users describing the stint as ‘heights of stupidity’.

Shiva sustained injuries on his hands and head. He was admitted to a nearby hospital where the doctors have claimed that his condition is stable.
