UAE’s MoS Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash on Sunday said that it’s interesting that Indian Muslims have been immune to extremist and terrorist activities.
He also affirmed that UAE believed in confronting extremist forces as they understand that extremism and terrorism do share a relationship. While speaking to ANI, He said that India is a Global power and it’s in India’s interest to win fight against extremism, terrorism.
‘’Our strategic relationship with India is above all as India is 1 of most important countries and it has nothing to do with India-Pak relation’’, said Anwar Gargash.
UAE’s MoS said that India’s relationship with his nation has been wonderful and hopes for more development in another 12 months are high.
MoS Foreign Affairs said UAE doesn’t have any qualms in saying that extremism, terrorism are not exclusive to certain religion, race or ethnicity but in parallel, we’ve no qualm saying that we do have an acute problem within Islam & Muslims. He also said justifying terrorism and extremism is not acceptable on any front.
