New Delhi:
Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi once again took on the Modi government ridiculing it for its policies at a party convention in Delhi on Wednesday.
Presiding over the 'Jan Vedana' meeting, Rahul Gandhi used several jibes inspired by famous one-liners from Bollywood movies, some were taken straight from Amitabh Bachchan's movies.
Here is how the Congress leader mocked PM and his government with the choicest of words and phrases:
# Narendra Modi delivered a dialogue that can be heard in Amitabh Bachchan's movies
# 'Ram naam japna, gareeb ka maal apna' - this is the philosophy of suit-boot ki sarkar, we have to fight with it
# Jaise dialogue hote hain, waise hi PM ne kiya aur kaha "Mitron, ye jo jeb mein 500, 1000 ka note hai ab ye kaagaz ho gaya hai kaagaz"
# What Modi ji did? He said my name is Narendra Modi and I can snatch your (farmers') land
# Crores of people were standing in lines, did you find any corrupt person there? The corrupt ones were at the bank's backdoor
# RSS and BJP can ruin the nation by spreading hatred. They are ruining the country by implementing denonetisation
