New Delhi:

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has given new timeline to both India and Pakistan for filing another round of memorials in the case of Indian former Navy officer sentenced to Kulbhushan Jadhav sentenced to death by Pakistani Army Court.

The ICJ has set April 17 for India to file its plead, while Pakistan will have to submit a counter memorial by July 17.

According to sources, there is little chance the hearing of the case will resume this year as two-months summer vacation of ICJ judges start in August and when the court reopens it will take cases that have already been fixed before the Kulbhushan case at the court.

Last year Kulbhushan Jadhav met his wife and mother for around 30 minutes. He was abducted by Pakistan Army officials from Iran and was produced as arrested in its court on charges of spying.
