Ahead of the Gujarat elections, BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are not leaving any stones unturned to win the polls. On Saturday, while addressing students at IIT Gandhinagar, PM Modi said that his government is working to end the digital divide in India. Below are the highlights of his speech. 

In his address Modi reacted to the critics who questioned the viability of his bullet train project.
