The tragic death of 7-year-old kid at Ryan International School in Gurugram sparked huge unrest among people. People have been constantly protesting in front of the school and demanding strict action against the management.

People have gathered in large numbers outside Ryan International School in Gurugram. They expressed discontentment over progress in the case.

Parents vowed for justice and demanded CBI investigation into the case.

The angry protestors even broke window panes of the school.

# 3-panel report given to Gurugram DC

As per the report, deficiencies were found in the installation of CCTV camera, lack of separate toilets for staff like drivers and conductors, unsafe toilets, broken boundary wall, lack of ramps, expired fire extinguishers and lack of police verification of employees.

Based on the report of committee, GUrugram DC has  written to Director Secondary Education to take action as per Haryana School Education Act & Rules

Report- When the panel visited the school, they found the boundary wall broken. Anyone could come in & exit using that chink. The 3 member panel was appointed by Gurugram's deputy commissioner

#4:00 PM: Haryana government said it was not averse to ordering a CBI probe into the killing of a seven-year-old boy at Ryan International School and has asked the Gurgaon Police to book the school owner under the Juvenile Justice Act.

#4:00 PM:Education minister Ram Bilas Sharma also said that there have been lapses on part of the school administration. “We accept negligence on part of the Ryan International School but the school cannot be derecognised as the future of 1200 students is at stake,” Sharma said.

“We have directed the Gurgaon Police to book the owner of Ryan International School, Albert Pinto under section 75 Juvenile Justice (care and punishment act) Act 15 for punishment for cruelty to child meted out by the custodian in the charge sheet to be submitted in the court within 7 days. “Some loopholes in the security are visible in the case and the toilet window was also found broken from inside,” Sharma told PTI. Earlier in the day, the father of accused in Ryan international student death case alleged that his son is being framed by the school administration.

Pradyuman Thakur, a Class II student, was allegedly killed by the bus conductor, Ashok Kumar, who also tried to sexually abuse the minor. The accused was arrested hours after the gruesome murder.
