New Delhi:

The Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday conveyed a message to militants via social media that looting banks was not a holy war. The PDP government is under attack by the Opposition and others over the law and order situation in the Valley.

South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, which is a stronghold of the PDP since its inception is also a hot bed of militancy too and recently two banks were looted in the area.
