Indian pacer Mohammed Shami’s wife Hasin Jahan has come into the spotlight once again by comparing herself with the 8-year-old Kathua rape and murder victim. As per the reports, she feels like the Kathua rape victim after being cheated by her husband Shami.
Her comparison arises after a recent support candle march for the victim, and reportedly she said that this is exactly how she felt after being cheated by her husband.
“Those who are guilty of the crime should be punished. Even my case is similar to this. But I am alive. Even I have been subjected to what happened in that case. They had planned to rape me, kill me and then dump my body in a forest. It’s been almost two months that I am fighting against all this,” Jahan said.
After the increase in crimes against the minors, the POCSO Act was recently amended. Now there will be death penalty for convicts of raping minors between the age of 0-12.

Earlier, Jahan accused Shami by posting screenshots of text messages of doubtful nature that Shami allegedly exchanged with other women. The posts were given a title of ‘Shami’s enjoyment’ and were uploaded on Facebook. It was quickly deleted after the post went viral on social media.
Jahan has accused her husband of having ‘extra-marital’ affairs to attempting to murder her. She has left everyone shocked with her allegations in the past few months.
