The NIA Special Court, Bengaluru on December 4, 2017, framed charges in Case No.RC-03/2016/NIA/HYD (Mysuru Court Blast Case) against all the 3 accused persons charge-sheeted by the NIA. 

The investigation had revealed that the accused persons Nainar Abbas Ali @ Appas Ali @ Library Abbas, M. Samsun Karim Raja @ Karim @ Abdul Karim and S Dawood Sulaiman @ Dawood Suleiman had carried out the Mysore Court Blast on August 1, 2016 as part of a larger conspiracy which included the founding of the terrorist outfit Base Movement and carrying out various activities such as sending threatening letters to various Jails, Senior Government Functionaries, the Dinamalar office and the French Consulate, and carrying out blasts at different Court premises in South India. 

The bomb blasts were carried out by the accused in 5 court complexes between April and November 2016.
