Union Home minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi did not follow the security guideline and instructions given by the police. He was making statements in Lok Sabha after Congress raised the issue of attack on Rahul Gandhi’s convoy in Banaskantha in Gujarat.
Rajnath said Rahul has changed his vehicle after his Personal Secretary suggested him for same. He said Rahul did not listen to the police officials.
He said the Gujarat government is investigating the matter and one person has been arrested. Rahul should have followed security related suggestions.

“We want to know what is Rahul Gandhi trying to hide by not taking SPG along on foreign tours when he is a SPG protectee,” he said.
