New Delhi:

Union home minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said the situation in Valley has improved and the Centre is focusing to establish peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

While talking to reporters on his third-day state visit, Rajnath said the government is ready to talk to all the stakeholders without keeping any reservation in mind.

Singh said he would like to urge all tourists and tourist organisations to visit the Valley, and people of Kashmir are also ready to welcome them.

When asked about Article 35 A which has been challenged in the Supreme Court , Rajnath said that the Centre did not initiate it or it went to court. He said that he can assure the people of Kashmir that Centre would not take any step which could hurt their sentiments.

He told that the development package for Jammu and Kashmir is set to cross Rs one lakh crore due to cost elevation.
