Reliance Jio has displayed a set of guidelines for recruiting new talent on its website – jio.com. The company said said that with unlimited calling service, highly competitive data tariffs and now the Jio Phone, it is aiming to hire fresh talent.
Some guidelines shared by Reliance Jio Infocomm regarding applications:
# Application: Interested candidates can upload their resume on Reliance Jio portal after creating a ‘Candidate Profile’.
# Candidates LinkedIn profile is also given utmost importance by Reliance Jio. Jio has thus asked job seekers to keep their resume on LinkedIn updated.
# Applications are then assessed on tests and interviews, including technical and aptitude tests.
# The tests are followed by two rounds of interviews and interview feedback is provided by the top management
# Selected candidates are informed about their application’s status through telephone. Later on, an offer letter is sent by e-mail.
# Once the candidate accepts the offer he/she is provided other formalities regarding joining the organization.
