RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has remained defiant against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar ever since the grand alliance broke up in Bihar. But, Thursday was a different day as Tejashwi reached out to Nitish for a favour.
Tejashwi wrote a polite note to the CM requesting to allow him continue in the palatial 5, Circular Road bungalow which was allotted to him when he became Deputy Chief Minister of the state.
In all probability, Tejashwi is set to lose his bungalow to present Deputy CM Sushil Modi.
Tejashwi received a notice to vacate his bungalow in last week.
Tejashwi was living comfortably in the bungalow ever since he became Deputy CM of the state. He also made major renovations in the bungalow after shifting into it.
The bungalow in contention boasts of an enviable location. It is locate just close to Chief Minister’s bungalow and also close to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s residence.
Sushil Modi was living in 1, Polo Road bungalow when he became Deputy Chief Minister of state. Even after the alliance broke with JD(U), Modi was allowed to continue in bungalow in 2013.
Taking reference from the exception made to Modi, Tejashwi had requested Nitish to allow him to continue in the bungalow.
