Gharib Nawaz Foundation chairman Maulana Ansar Raza on Saturday came out in full support of BSP and accused the Samajwadi Party of cheating Muslims of UP.  

Lashing out against Samajwadi Party for not taking up the issues pertaining to Muslims and ignoring their affliction, Maulana Raza openly came out in support of Mayawati’s BSP amid the ongoing election phase.

Urging all Muslims and Hindu brothers to galvanize support and vote for BSP, he asked all to vote for BSP in Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2017. Not only this, he also accused SP of not presenting the Kairana report properly before the authorities.

UP is being seen as politically crucial for all the parties contesting in Assembly elections 2017. The ruling Samajwadi Party has gone through a long-time legal and political battle followed by family feud.

Opposition has been making constant attacks in rallies against SP for making UP a crime capital and looting the state while promoting hooliganism.

Maulana Ansar Raza is the chairman of Gharib Nawaz Foundation who had earlier met Home Minister Rajnath Singh along with a delegation of other Muslim clerics of the Barelvi school on the Kashmir issue.The delegation had urged Home Minister to lead a delegation of Sufi scholars to the Valley while offering to take out a peace march there themselves.
