NEW DELHI:
A hush-hush off-record conversation between Shivpal Yadav and Mulayam Singh Yadav has been caught on camera.
Just before announcing the expulsion of UP CM Akhilesh Yadav and Ramgopal Yadav from Samajwadi party, Shivpal and Mulayam were discussing about the notification.
In the conversation, when Mulayam asked about Akhilesh’s notification, Shivpal responded, ‘it is being typed’. A prompt Mulayam asked, ‘shall we still announce it? Shivpal nods and says ‘yes, go ahead’.
The major upheaval in Uttar Pradesh on Friday saw expulsion of state CM Akhilesh Yadav and Ramgopal Yadav from Samajwadi party.
Mulayam held a press conference on Friday to clear the air on the ongoing feud between the two factions in the party. The fued has escalated in the past two days over the ticket distribution for the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh.
