Chennai Super Kings has given a lovely surprise to their fans, as they launched a special train for them. Initially, the fans were left dejected on the decision to shift the teams’ home matches out of Chennai due to anti-IPL protests across Tamil Nadu.
CSK fans were reluctant to watch their team play on television sets after the home matches were shifted from MA Chidambaram stadium to Pune’s Maharashtra Cricket Association stadium and decided to reach their new home ground.
The new train for CSK fans – The Whistle Podu Express reached Pune ahead of their team’s match against Rajasthan Royals on Friday.

The Chennai outfit even assured free tickets, free food for the fans who were travelling through this train, in what was a special way to say ‘Thank you’ to the passionate fans.
