To mark Swedish scientist Eva Ekeblad 293rd birthday today Google dedicates doodle with a quirky animated doodle. Ekeblad was the first woman agronomist who discovered how to extract starch from potatoes.
She was admitted to the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences for her discovery of how to use potatoes to make flour and alcohol.
