Getting rid of acne scars is a bit difficult task and needs dedication. While there are many technological methods available to get rid of the acne scars, home remedies are something which are less risky.
Lemon juice
Lemon is a natural bleaching agent. Vitamin C is helpful in rebuilding collagen. Lime juice, when applied on acne scars on a regular basis, give good results as spots get lighter day by day.
How to use:
Directly apply lemon juice on your scars with finger tips or with a cotton ball. Leave it for ten minutes and then wash it off with water. For two-three weeks, do this once a day.
Honey
Apply honey on scars and leave it overnight. Wash it off in the morning.
You can also make a mixture of honey and oatmeal. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with ¼ cup of oatmeal. Apply mixture on pimple scars and then wash it off after 15-20 minutes.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is known to make healing process faster. It would be more effective if you use gel from aloe vera leaf rather than aloe vera gel that is available over the counters.
Olive Oil:
Olive oil is really beneficial for skin as it contains lots of vitamins (A, D, E, C, B1 and B2), iron and antioxidants. Its anti-inflammatory properties will make you get rid of acne sacrs.
Raw tomatoes
Take out the pulp of tomatoes and crush it. Now apply this pulp onto your face for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off.
