Improve your diet

You can start off by reducing the fat intake and increasing the intake of vegetables. Trade out the less healthy fats like the saturated fats found in animal products with a healthier one like unsaturated fats found in olive oil. But if having diary is among your daily habit, you can choose low-fat or fat-free products. As per your required dosage, boil the cramp bark in a cup of water, let it simmer for 10-15 minutes and drink it three times a day. If cramp bark is not easily available at your disposal you can always replace it with fresh ginger tea.
