Accepting India cricket team skipper Virat Kohli’s #Fitness Challenge, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday shared a video of his morning exercises and further nominated Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy and Table Tennis star Manika Batra for the #HumFitTohIndiaFit challenge.
In the one-minute-forty-nine-second video shared by Modi, he is seen practicing some Yoga Asanas and breathing exercises along with a walk on a track inspired by five elements of nature.
“Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises,” Modi tweeted with #HumFitTohIndiaFit.

The prime minister further nominated Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Table Tennis star Manika Batra and IPS officers for the #FitnessChallenge.
“I am delighted to nominate the following for the #FitnessChallenge: Karnataka’s CM Shri HD Kumaraswamy. India’s pride and among the highest medal winners for India in the 2018 CWG, Manika Batra. The entire fraternity of brave IPS officers, especially those above 40,” he tweeted
