Use non-alcoholic, soap free cleanseror face wash for at least 2 times every day to clean your face, hands and legs. 2. Moisturise: During monsoon, the weather has moisture and humidity in it, due to which sometimes you don't feel like putting a moisturiser on your skin. But you should never go without a moisturiser. Use water based lotions that will keep your skin hydrated and supple. 3. Don't say No to Sunscreen Sun may have gone behind the clouds but then it's rays are scattered and still present in the atmosphere. So you should always apply sunscreen on your exposed skin whenever you go out. 4. Stay hydrated: During rainy season, as it is not so hot, so you don't feel that thirsty but staying hydrated is very essential part of a good skin care regime. Let your skin breathe You don't need to always cover your feet in shoes. In rainy season you should wear sleepers and sandals that are open as most of the bacteria grow in moist areas, so a big no to shoes. Also make sure you dry your hands and feet immediately after getting wet so there are no fungal infections on your skin.
