Samsung Electronics announced the launch of its tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 on Tuesday in India, priced at Rs 47,990. Galaxy Tab S3 comes with a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display and a 6 mm thin metal frame. Further, the officials of the company said that it weighs just 434 grams and also constitutes an elegant looking glass back.Moreover, the device comes with an advanced S Pen in order to provide better productivity. The amazing device will be provided in black and silver colours and will be available across retail stores all over the country from today. The launch event was held at Bengaluru where Samsung India Director - Mobile Business Vishal Kaul discussed its features.
Samsung India Director- Mobile Business Vishal Kaul further said that the powerful new Galaxy Tab S3 is built with premium technology which in turn offers a productive and versatile experience to consumers. He claimed that with the help of this premium tablet, Samsung will further consolidate it's leadership in the market.
Samsung also said that Galaxy Tab S3 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor (Quad Core 2.15GHz + 1.6GHz). Further, it constitutes of 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory that is expandable via micro SD up to 256GB and runs Android 7.0 Nougat.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also comes with Quad Speakers, fast charging capability and a 6,000 mAh battery. Further, it supports 12 hours of Video Playback, 13MP auto-focus rear camera with flash and a 5MP front camera.
For a safe and secure login, Samsung Flow feature uses biometric authentication to log in and can wirelessly tether compatible devices to transfer documents from a mobile device to a tablet.
