Indian skipper Virat Kohli is all set to play his 200th ODI game when he takes to the field against New Zealand in the first of the 5 ODIs at the Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium on Sunday.
Kohli shall join a select list of 13 Indian cricketers to have featured in 200 ODIs or more. Kohli has been regarded as one of the best batsman in international cricket owing to his sheer run scoring consistency. Virat off late has been in a habit of breaking records after records by churning out impressive performances with the willow for the Indian team.
Since taking over as the Indian captain, he has made the number three position his own in ODIs and often leads the team across the victory line on most of the occasions. Besides his pedigree at chasing down big totals, Virat has proved his pedigree as a prolific century maker and his 30 ODI tons are testimony to his century making prowess.
