After the highly successful operation Sri Lanka, Virat Kohli and boys defeated Australia by 26 runs (Duckworth–Lewis method) in the first One-Day International (ODI) match at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday. India won the toss and elected to bat first.
