Mahendra Singh Dhoni has become the first Indian cricketer to hit 200 sixes in ODIs. He also overtaken Brendon McCullum in the list fof most sixes hit by a player in limited overs cricket.
MSD overtook 'Master Blaster' Sachin Tendulkar record of 195 sixes in One day International. Sourav Ganguly has registered 190 sixes and was probably one of the cleanest hitters, timing the ball perfectly.
Pakistani Pathan, Boom Boom Afridi is at number one having thrashed 351 sixes in 398 matches (369 innings). The former Lankan great cricketer Jayasuriya is at No.2 with 270 sixes in 445 matches and 433 innings.

Jayasuriya also slapped 1500 fours during his ODI career. Gayle, the Jamaican cricketer who plays international cricket for the West Indies took the 3rd place. He has blasted 238 sixes in 269 matches and 264 innings.
