Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar has turns 44 on Monday. 'God of Cricket' Sachin Tendulkar life is nothing less than an inspiration for many. The Nation is aware about all the harship and struggles that he has gone through and how he has pushed himself to be crowned with a title – “God Of Cricket”. But on the occasion of his Birthday lets see how he became masters of his dreams.

After creating a much of the buzz across the country about his biopic 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams', former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has finally unveiled the movie release date. The movie is slated to hit the screens on May 26 this year.

Our very own master blaster Sachin Tendulkar has also presented a special treat to his fans. Recently he released his song 'Cricket Wali Beat' making his singing debut in collaboration with Sonu Nigam.

The song was unveiled on the sets of Indian Idol Grand Finale on Sunday evening. Sachin has also released his official-app, 100 MB.

Composed and written by Shamir Tandon and Varun Likhate, the song has the full feel of watching a live cricket match and features an animated Sachin on field. It reflects the excitement generated among the audiences when one watches a live match.

Number of matches:  Sachin Tendulkar has played 664 games that ran for 24 years in international cricket. Master Blaster debuted in 1989 and retired in 2013. In the end, it was 200 Test matches, 463 ODIs and one T20 International against his name.

Number of runs: Sachin Tendulkar scored 34357 runs across all formats of the game at the highest level. 
Sachin's Maximum hundreds: Sachin Tendulkar is very nuch well known for 100 hundreds! 

Highest number of player-of-the-series awards: Sachin Tendulkar was given player-of-the-series awards for 20 times 

Maximum number of man-of-the-match awards: He was given man-of-the-match awards for 76 times. He became the Indian great and the best player in an international match.

# It was on 16 November 2013, he announced his retirement from all formats of the game. But, he never really announced his separation from the cricket.

# Sachin Tendulkar is not just a man but an icon with several records tagged to him. Soon after playing his last match against West Indies, the Centre announced his name for India’s most prestigious Bharat Ratna Award.

# He has always been a busy man, the same continued after he retired from the game. Apart from being a member in Rajya Sabha, the master blaster has been seen actively participating in various activities for the nation.

# Few days post retirement, he attended the 82nd Air Force Day function at Air Force Station Hindon with his wife Anjali. He was the first sportsperson and the first person without an aviation background to be awarded the honorary rank of group captain by the Indian Air Force.

# Cricket is in his blood and this is why he is the master. In Indian Premier League, he started as a player and managed to win trophies too. But, post retirement everyone thought this is the end. But somethings are destined to be that way and same happened here; he continued his cricket connection as the mentor of the team. He is still as enthusiastic as he was during his playing days.

# On 5th July 2014, a match between MCC and ROW took place at Lord's on the eve of Merylebourne Cricket Club's 200th birthday. Sachin Tendulkar was leading MCC side that eventually emerged victorious.

# Not just cricket, he was also spotted launching brand new BMW 7 series during the Auto Expo. Sachin is also a family man and many of his outings can be seen on social networking sites.
