Reliance Jio has suspended the pre-booking of its much awaited 4G feature phone Jio Phone on its website. Jio Phone pre-bookings commenced on Thursday from 5 PM and the 4G feature phone will be delivered to consumers in September on first-come, first-serve basis.

Though it is not clear whether the Jio phone is available offline or not. However, Jio didn't respond to the queries on this issue.

As per the media reports, Jio phone bookings had already crossed 3 million marks within a couple of hours from opening. According to the executives in trade channels, the number likely to be several times higher by the close of the day.
