Chhattisgarh: SI beats up head constable badly in Police Station premises

Chhattisgarh: A Sub-Inspector of Police beats up a Head Constable badly in Rajnand village area Police Station, the viral video of which has gone on social media online. The head constable wanted the SI to speak to someone on the phone but the SI started to refuse, and when the head constable said to speak, he started beating him up with a ruler kept on the table. A complaint had been lodged with the police station but no action has been taken until now.
