Delhi: Heavy traffic jam on Delhi-Noida roads due to rains

A heavy traffic jam was observed on Delhi-Noida highway on Thursday morning pertaining to rain showers in NCR region. Many roads across Delhi, including DND flyover and Pragati Maidan road, were completely blocked. The frequent traffic blockages are a result of the ignorance in traffic management plans by the state authority.
