Janmashtami 2018: Devotees celebrate festival in Mathura

Braving heavy rainfall, lakhs of devotees reached the temple town of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh for Janmashtami celebrations. Devotees gathered around Vrindavan and Govardhan Barsana for the celebration. At Radha Raman temple, Radha Damodar temple and Shah Ji Temple Janmashtami was celebrated during the day. In the evening, the main programme was organised at Bhagwat Bhavan in Srikrishna Janmasthan.
