A video is going viral on social media showing a Kashmiri youth indulging in a precarious dare devil stunt. The video shoes the man, donning a traditional Kashmiri cloak, lying prostrate, face down in the middle of a railway track while someone, who is also not identified, is recording the sequence on a camera.
