Maharashtra resident doctors continue strike on sixth day; services paralysed

The resident doctors of Maharashtra continued their protest on sixth day despite assurance from the state government over the deployment of guards in all state-run hospitals and medical colleges. The striking doctors will meet the chief minister Devendra Fadanavis.
