Modi Ji has destroyed the banking system, says Rahul Gandhi

Congress President on Tuesday said that PM Modi has destroyed the banking system. Nirav Modi fled with Rs 30,000 crore & PM didn't utter a word. We were forced to stand in queues as he snatched 500-1000 rupee notes from our pockets & put in Nirav Modi's pocket: Rahul Gandhi on Cash crunch. The same demonetisation days returned on Tuesday as ATM machines in several states went out of cash leaving people in need of money distressed. Big states like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh, and Telangana were most affected by the cash-crunch. Many ATMs were seen 'out of service' in Patna. Locals said that they had been taking rounds of ATMs since last three days but cash was still not available.
