Mann Ki Baat: Start-up India, Stand-up India

Addressing the year's last version of his bi-monthly radio address Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said his government will announce the action plan of his ambitious 'Start-up India, Stand up India' on January 16.
