'Jungle Raj Returns' to Bihar!

Has 'goondaraj' returned to the unruly Bihar? One feels so after another shocking murder of an engineer surfaced in Vaishali on Tuesday which casted doubts on the state's law and order situation. The body of the engineer, identified as Ankit Jha, was recovered by Bihar Police on Monday morning and has been sent for post-mortem.
