Parliament need to work for development: PM Modi

Attacking Congress yet again over disruptions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today asked the party to take a New Year resolution to allow Parliament to function for the sake of development. He said having "enjoyed power" for over six decades it has no right to destroy its functioning for "political reasons" and hold back the country's development.
