Lok Sabha MP from the Mumbai North Central constituency Poonam Mahajan is leaving no stone unturned while transforming her adopted village under the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY). Charoti village in Palghar district of Maharashtra gets a new lease of life with various developmental projects introduced under government schemes. Villagers were beamed with joy when the village was totally lit up for the first time with solar-powered lights in 2015.
